02altimaboii

hey i have an 02 altima 2.5sl with 102k miles. recently i have changed from reguler fuel to supreme to see if this problems goes away. but its just been getting worse. when i first go to start my car after it hasnt been started for about an hour i have to hold the key for the motor to turn over for about 45 seconds before it starts. it will spuder a couple of times before starting and eventually start. and when it finally does starts it smells like gas fumes. please anyone please help.

i hate to be the first to say it but...have you been loosing coolant. those had problems with the headgaskets....or i would have someone start it and look under the hood for leaking gas...not as common but you are probably just flooding it out while trying to start it. id check for headgasket though... very common on those
