I have an 04 2.5s and am wanting to change the grille on it, so the question is, Will the grilles from an 05 or 06 altima fit?

Nope. sorry man. Altimas 02-04 can interchange body parts(headlights, grill, bumper etc...) and 05-06 can interchange. Tail lights work for 02-06.

Yes. The best conversion is to swap the SE-R front end. It's not cheap to do, but has been done many times.
