Hi, I'm hunting for tires. I looked thru the tires section and didn't see much. '09 Altima SL Sedan. Driven year-round in TN winters, so mild but, do get the occasional winter/ice storm that lingers on the ground for a week or so. Driving is a bit spirited.

For sure not getting Conti's again and wanted to see if anyone had personal experience with: Yoko AVID Touring-S...Kumho Ecsta LX Platinum...BFG Advantage T/A. OR...is there another tire I should be considering, keeping in mind I need to stay under $100 per tire. These 3 tires seem to get good reviews and in that price range.

BUT ALSO, should I be moving to a larger 16in. tire than 215? ... 215/60's? Something else? Keep in mind, I do not want to deal with rubbing... :P

You may also consider "hankook optimo h727".
I just put 4 new one for my 08 alty a month ago.
very good grip on rainy day...smooth & quiet too.
