Hi There,

New to site, Daughter just bought a 2003 Altima with 98k. Its a 4cyl and wondering if the came with a timing belt or a chain. what is the recommended service time if it is a chain?

Thanks

It's a chain. A chain should never have to be replaced unless there is an issue with the tensioner or guides.
