Default 2008 Coupe Rear Speaker

Ok, so my right rear speaker recently blew out, so I need to replace it. I got the trunk finisher off easy, and now I need to unscrew the speaker from the mounting bracket (see pic below). The speaker is fastened down with hex screws, so I got out my trusty allen wrench set and to my surprise none of them fit! So I went to the store and got a cheap new set, and same issue. My 2MM hex wrench is too small, and my 2.5MM hex wrench is too big. So for the heck of it I tried my SAE set and none of those fit either.

So I guess my question is, has anyone had a similar issue? Is there some obscure size in between that I'm not aware of?

Thanks in advance
