Worth a try. If they end up replacing the unit make sure you grab the old unit. You may be able to recoup some of you loss by putting it on ebay. Even though the presets do not hold, somebody may still want it anyway. Might be able to grab 50 or so.
the issue isn't that the presets aren't holding, they are...they are holding from when I first put them in the car....

Ie: preset 1 = 94.1 change to 94.5, change holds until I shut down the car, then it reverts back to 93.3.
Preset 2 = 99.9 change to 97.1, change holds until I shut down the car and reverts back to 97.1.

How I am setting it, change radio to station that i want, hold preset button I want assigned to that station until I hear a tone, let go of preset button.

I can understand if it were to revert back to 87.7, the stock radio station preset, but it doesn't....it reverts back to what it was at startup. I think my phone bluetooth may be playing a part in this....after I reset the airbag light I was able to change the radio with having my phone bluetooth off. This is such a strange issue.

Bottom line, for now the radio is set the way I want it..but the issue still persists.
This isn't something google is going to bring up...I searched the whole internet and came up with squat.
