Default 95 altima won't start

Ok so my sister was driving my car the other day and said the lights flickered and then the power steering went out and then the car died on the highway. The alternator is new and the starter is maybe 3 years old. The battery is good. The starter clicks and but the engine doesn't crank. All electricals seem to work fine. Any suggestions on where to look?

Only experience i've had like that was with my 2008 3.5. Drove it to a shopping mall, parked up. Turned it off. Came back half an hour tried turning it on. VERY loud clicking sound came from the front. Got my brother to come give me a jump start, didn't work the first, second or third time round. fourth it eventually kicked over. Few days later, outside my house same thing happened. Called nissan they sent out a mechanic with a new battery. We checked the battery cables etc all seemed fine. Obviously a 2008 model has the push start feature, so i wasn't quite sure what to do when it came to jumping the car, didnt want to damage it. Due to this fault, the CVT didnt work properly, my A/C got weaker, the lights in and out were very dim. The mechanic from nissan simply changed the battery to a new one, free of charge. Kicked it over and all was back to normal.
Maybe check sparks and wires, alternator, starter motor... but first, id check that the battery aint dead. Silly to think, new battery! it will be fine for years! not true! some batteries just seem to flat line at times. Best advice is have a mechanic come and inspect the starter system. But just make sure you check all the basic starter system things including fuses!
