98 altima GLE, alarm goes off, and can't start engine, when using the key... don't have remote..

Open hood, disconnect siren and battery.. hear a clicking noise on the alarm fuse, take one out, the other start clicking, then take out the 2nd fuse, the third one start clicking.. so, took out all 3 alarm fuse then put back on.. and battery hook up.. alarm goes off again..

So, please is there anyone that have the same problem.. want to know what u guys did to fix this problem...

OK, fix already by putting everything back and siren still sound and use key to unlock from passenger door, then alarm shut off. .....seem like a bad key slot from the driver door side that need to be fix.....

1998 Altima GXE :
I put my aftermarket plain key in the passenger door and locked/unlocked it 3 times. That reset the factory alarm. I never had the original factory electronic key.
