Default Altima Brakes

Hey Everyone, I am a new member to this forum. My car is a 2004 Altima SE. Only mod is replacing the rear cat w/ a new y-pipe. Hoping to get more done soon.

My question is on brakes. I am a little hard on my brakes. I have already gone through two sets of front rotors on my car. I don't like to machine them I'd rather have new. I also own a 1996 Nissan Maxima which I have had since new. To this day I have never had to replace the front rotors due to pulsations in the pedal. And I have been just as hard on those brakes.

I have heard you can install Maxima brakes on the Altima. Is this true? Not just Pads and rotors but the calipers also.
