I think 18 or 19" wheels would look great on the Altima, but I have stuck with the 16" wheels because (to VictorE1123's point) 18" or 19" wheels and tires are expensive.

I do a lot of freeway driving at, at 56K miles, I still have about 20K miles left on the stock Continentals. And, at $84 (or $108 for the Michelin Exalto AS tires) each to replace, my pocket book will be happy.

What I find shocking (in a good way) was my inspection of the brakes! at 55K miles, I did an oil change and inspected my brakes, expecting that I'd need to change them soon. Not so. I am estimating that I can go another 100K miles before I need to change them! Impressive.

Hey Victor, nice car! I just picked up an 09 altima and had a question. Did you changes the struts as well or just the springs?

Congrats on the new ride... and i only changed the springs. The original shocks/struts have been fine for the past 30,000 miles or so...

I've had my Hybrid for awhile now. Been driving it since June 2011. Love it. Will upload pictures when I get a chance. Also, I'm looking for ideas for some mods. I do not have the best paying job, do you guys know of any smaller, cheaper, companies for parts?

I have had my winter frost 2010 hyb since july of last year, I have since had the windows tinted, 6k hid's, and polished 18's. I still manage to get around 33-35 mpg's. I love my car!
