Not sure there are "Altima-specific" meets, but I know there are Nissan meets/BBQ's in FL... Remember seeing a thread about it on maxima.org

well it doesnt have to be altima specific. i was just seeing if any of you went to meets. and wow mrhiggles thats alot of snow! did you move far? i guess ill look around at some other forums to see if i can get in on some meets. and ill let yall know what i find

I believe that meet is held once/twice a year.... Also, in 2011, the Maxxus event will be held in the Orlando area in June/July (Details are still to be given on the org.) Sure, it's mostly a maxima event, but FWD VQ is really all that matters, I would think... If u ever want to come to a nice import drag event, come up to GA.... There's an event put together by local enthusiasts that's pretty good... Import Showdown..The next one will be in March.. Hopefully I can get my Max and my cousin's Altima ready for it..

Import Showdown is usually held twice a year, once in the spring (april/may) and again in the fall (October/nov). It's held @ silver dollar raceway (silverdollarraceway.com) in Reynolds, GA... Like I said, the event is put together by the members of GA/Southeast DSM, local enthusiasts, and has various classes (all-motor, FWD, RWD, Modified Streeet, SHOWDOWN). I'm still waiting to hear from the moderators on the SEDSM.ORG forum on the new date for spring showdown this year (originally wanted to do it in march, but there's a rescheduling happening). As soon as I get confirmation, I'll post here...

Confirmed... Sunday, May 1st 2011, Spring Import Showdown @ Silver Dollar Raceway in Reynolds, GA. The sedsm.org members have put together a site for the event a few years ago, actually (importshowdown.com).. The new date is not on the site YET, but will be shortly, I'm sure.
