I'm wondering if anyone has ever removed the stock steering wheel or not? I'm not finding any info here when searching.

I'm going to do it eventually, but before I start poking around...I'm looking for some details if there's any available.

i removed mine and replaced it with one off a 03 maxima. it is extremely simple once you take the airbag off(two small bolts on both sides of wheel).

Do you remember the size of the nut in the center of the wheel?
