Default Black Marks from loose tires

Question: What's the best way to get rid of black markings from a tire? A tractor trailer had a blown out tire and the rubber was flying all across the highway. Thanks.

not sure if it works on tire marks but using a clay bar gets most things off

maybe either meguiar's or mother's scratch remover.

I just removed some light scratches after an idiot scraped me...thought I was gonna have to shell out some cash for a small paint job, but the mother's scratch remover really worked well
