Default Brakes for Altima 05 2.5L

Hey guys just a little question concerning breaks. Would the Altima 05 SE-R break Rotors and Pads fit my Altima 05 2.5L. My breaks started making that annoying noise, so its time for me to put good ones. I'm thinking about putting drilled and slotted breaks. Any advices and good places where I could get them?

not to thread jack but I have a very similar question. If not just the rotors, are the assemblies (rotor, caliper, lines, and any other applicable brackets and such) swap over without hassle. I've heard of a few models of vehicles where some of the suspension pieces were different among the models. That means it required replacement of suspension pieces from said higher end model to facilitate the brake swap.

So to shorten it ... if you can't swap just the rotors (which I'm guessing you can't) is it easy to swap over SE-R calipers/rotors and other incidentals to a 2.5.
