Default California Car Duste?????

Hello, has anyone tried out the California Car Duster? I have a black altima and in 2 days it has a nice coat of beautiful dust, and I do love to wash my car, but every 3 days is just not my thing. Doest anyone recommend it?

Lol, thats funny, I use the same things. And the Meguiars Gold class soap. And to wax the meguiars NXT. Although I just put one coat, do you think I should add more coats? I'll read the waxing thread to learn some more.

I use it all the time on my show car. I love it. When you buy the duster wrap it in newspaper for about 3 days. This will help to absorb the excess parafin wax on it. CHange the paper once a day for the three days. Great product. Take it to all my car shows.

Hope this helped,
J

The duster stays in my trunk. Great for pollen and handy in the southwest states where dust gets more serious. Very handy product.

Ah darn, its a little late! I bought it about 2 weeks ago at walmart but when i tried it, it was leaving too much oil in the car. So I returned it. I might buy it again later on, and do what you said "knightrider02". Thanks for the info.

I know that feeling. Definately get another it is well worth it. That streaking happened to me too. A little details spray took it right off. Glad to help.

This might be bringing a post bad from the dead but how do you wash it when it gets really nasty?

I don't think those are meant to be washed and re-used.. I'd just get a new one once it's too dirty.

I also haven't used the Duster, seen it plenty at car shows though.

But I do love my Cali Water Blade, that thing rocks.

wonder how effective the CA Duster is compared to using a swiffer dusting brush....at least with the swiffer, you'll have a new one to use every time.

The California Duster is awesome. Don't buy anything else.

The water blade is also a neat toy, but you still need to chamois the not so flat spots.
