It's driveline related. That's about the best that can be surmised from what you'll get for diagnostics via the Interweb. A little detail may help a long way, however:
Roll the windows down and listen carefully for that clink when you stop...from the front or the rear? One side of the car or the other? I wonder about a loose driveshaft or brake caliper bolt (or other piece of brake hardware). This would present as a shimmy in the brakes as well.
The shaking, is it constant? Is it related to speed of engine, or speed of car? Do you feel it through your seat, or through the steering wheel? Does it go away after you go back above 20mph? Does it jerk when speeding up or slowing down? At that point, you're probably getting into transmission diagnostics, and if your car is a CVT car, I can't help much.

However, fear not. Unless it's covered under warranty, don't let the Stealership touch your car. If it's covered under warranty, let them have at it until it's fixed - it's not your dime. If it isn't under warranty, use the MechanX Files at cartalk.cars.com and find yourself a good INDEPENDENT mechanic.
