Default clutch peddle stuck

alright so here is what happened

Was driving and my clutch peddle ended up getting stuck..

now when i say stuck i do not mean i couldn't get it out.. i can put my foot under it and pop it out and continue to drive..

i took the car to the shop and they said my hydraulic cylinder had a crack in it and they replaced it under warranty.

the only thing that concerns me is even after i had the cylinder replaced the peddle is still getting stuck. i have taken it back to the dealer and had them look at it but they cant find anything wrong with the clutch peddle..

it occurs randomly rain or shine its not picky i just pop it back out with my foot so i can shift gears.. i am thinking about leaving it next time and driving the car straight to the dealer but i do need to shift gears due to being in the city with stop and go traffic and i cant shift when its stuck. its positions right at the sweet spot before the clutch activates the gears so the car isn't even in gear and it just idles. i can remove my foot completely and the clutch wont move it just idles

anyone have any advice?

I had this issue on my Spec V, but it didn't occur continuously and I never fixed it before I traded it in. I bled the system and it still did it, maybe there is a return spring that is weakening?
