hi i have an SE-R (manual) and my clutch pedal has been getting stuck like half ways whenever i push down...and jus recently it would not lemme put the car in any gear and it was all the way down.... so does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be??i would hate to have to buy a new clutch the car was bought in feb 2007

Are there any other problems besides the clutch? Does the car show any damage proving it wasn't taken care of? Since you bought it used it is a high possibility that the car wasn't cared much for, or was pushed to it's limits. Especially because it's a SE-R.

well the Se-R was bought new it had like 6 miles on it. right now it has 26000. and i know i havent pushed it that bad dont race that much maybe once in a blue moon

You bought a '06 Altima SE-R brand new with six miles on it February 2007?

That would make it a year old when you bought it. During that year it only managed to get six miles?

yea techncally a yr old but it only had 6 miles...so im guessin no one bought it and thats why i call it new

well i took it in to nissan today i hope it still under warranty maybe it just the clutch pedal?

Yeah, your car is still under warranty, i work at a dealership and have my 05 SE-R serviced there and they told me that the drivetrain warranty is good for 5 years/60,000 miles and the "bumper to bumper warranty is 3yr./36k miles. So I'd definitely have the dealership handle it.
