Well, swirls is a function of how you wash your car (or have your car washed.) It's not Nissan's fault. Maybe the dealer can recommend a detailer that can work on pulling those out. With black paint, it's going to show swirls worse than just about any other color.
My recommendation is to use a Porter Cable random orbital polisher and some polishing compount. I use Mother's Power Polish. This should help remove most of the smaller swirls. Make sure to follow this up with wax.
Check on You Tube for some tips on polishing. Some detailers can spend all day polishing out swirls out of the paint, but a good detail like that can be expensive.
FWIW, I have a pearl white Alitma with 22K miles and it's virtually swirl free since I wash the car myself and I use a clean bucket, wash mit, Mother's car wash and waffle weave towels to dry off th car, and microfiber towels to clean off polish and wax.
