It'd be pretty tough to do coilovers for $350... but I'd go with the eibach pro kit if you don't want anything too aggresive...

I would spend the money for the coilovers, cause you never know what you want to do in the future, cause then you'd have to spend money on raising the car again. I have tokico struts and shocks and ground control coilovers on mine. All together cost be about a g. But if you look around you can find some good deals. And its a very comfy ride.

Your best bet is to get progressive wound springs (more comfortable than linear) and get some Tokico or KYB struts. The good coilovers like Tein cost a lot. Do not buy the Ebay coilovers or anything that has set screws. They make noise and set screws can not support the weight of your car. Good Luck.

I am thinking of lowering mine too, but only the front to match the sagging rear end. I see so many altima's with the same fate.

Why do Altimas do that?! It's soo ugly. I saw a BMW 750i take off the other day, the back didn't sag at all and that thing flew.

Because the springs in a BMW are made from higher quality materials and have a higher spring rate (lbs. per sq. in.). Your springs sag, because your springs are old. Get new springs for the front and rear. If you get just the front, then you will have new firm springs in the front and saggy old springs in the rear. Your car will still sag in the back on hard acceleration and have a lot of body roll in the rear during hard cornering. Aftermarket springs will have a higher spring rate which helps eliminate this on all four corners. Buy progressively wound springs, not linear. Buy a well known manufacturer to ensure good quality. Then have fun driving like a maniac.
