Are you saying the 02 stock Bose 6 -Cd changer unit has a Aux input to plug a external player?

If yes what kind of cable hooks up to that?

best way is a new head unit.
if you have the cash to spend Double din Pioneer unit all the way.
mine even came with the option to set the back light color on the buttons!

People have asked me if it was a stock head unit. :P

I read alot of bad feed back on that 8pin antenna jack thats why i didnt get it.

Very true...the switch is recommended to be taped to the side of the center cubby on the 02-03 models

It was meant to be used for an external CD changer, but yes, it can be used as an Aux input for a phone/Ipod/mp3...

The link above is correct, and it is me that builds them for Racingline.

Really? Not from what I have seen. Second, it would not work for the 06...that car definitely does not have the din plug on the back.
