Congrats on your new Altima, did you negotiate the spoiler for free with the car price? And where are the pics of the new ride?

Nope , I the spoiler was around 400 installed. 23k was a amazing price for a 3.5 SR. I'll get a pic on later today. The v6 is nice.

That's a great looking car. Interesting spoiler. UPS is bringing my aftermarket Alpine radio and amp tomorrow so in for some fun this weekend. Been using my droid to get xm online and patching it into the stock radio aux in. It works but.... the Alpine with xm should be good. And yes the v6 iis fun to drive. I'm old now (57) but used to be a gearhead in my younger days doing a little street racing. But you didnt hear that from me

I have somewhat of an update to this.

After I removed the radio to inspect it to see if there were any noticeable blown capacitors or any other electrical damage. None found, so I put the radio back in. After I started the car, my air bag light came on and stayed on at start (I disconnected the air bag off notification light in the bezel). The issue with the radio was still there. After I reset my airbag light with the reset method:

----------------
push the ignition from OFF to ON the air bag warning light will appear for about 7 seconds and turns off.then push igniition switch OFF immediately.after ignition switch is turned OFF, wait for about 6 seconds.

after you REPEAT THE PROCEDURE 3 TIMES, push the ignition switch ON, this time the ABS warning light has been reset.step on the brake and push the button to start the car. turn the ignition off and start the car. Hope this will help. I did this procedure to my car and it works.

---------------

After doing this my radio returned back to normal. Very strange if you ask me.
