While belonging to 53 Forums (mostly softball and motorcycle fourms) my wife just traded in her 06 Jeep Wrangler for a 08 2.5 Coupe. Being a rear wheel drive person and not liking the CVT trans I was not so sure about this car. So I though I would join here and you guys could convert me.
Before the Jeep (13 mpg) she had a 91 300ZX with over 250000 miles with very little problems so the Nissan was a OK choice with me. She does drive a lot so from 13 to 31 mpg she will save enough to make her happy. And as we all know, that is the main objective. The Coupe really looks good, very spunky and rides well. A little small and low for an old guy to get in and out of but I will manage.
We have been married for 40 years, 2 kids, 4 grand kids. Something must be going right here. We do travel a lot (mostly by car) MyToyota 4Runner gets 22 on the road, very good for a V8 but at 32 mpg I'm sure the Nissan will see it's time on the road.
