Default What a great car!

Hello everyone - Newbie here. Just bought a 2010 2.5 SL, "Winter Frost" (white) with black leather.

Some of the reasons I bought this car:

Consumer Reports recommendation
Styling
Comfortable ride
Gas mileage

Regarding the latter... initial reviews and EPA estimates were 35 mpg highway. I've had this car for a week now and I'm getting 38 mpg. This is with the cruise on at 60.

God I love this car.

Update... I've put 1,800 miles on the Altima so far and am averaging 40 mpg. 95% highway driving, A/C on all the time, cruise on as much as possible at 60 mph, tires set at 35 psi. Again - this is an outstanding car!

I bought my 2010 altima hybrid fully loaded in December. I absolutely agree with you this is a GREAT car. My mpg are 38.5 with 8,000 miles mostly city driving.
