Default Healthy portable drinks

So, I usually try to carry a bottle of water with me wherever I go. Then, for lunch I generally bring a bottle of Gatorade just because it's pretty cheap to buy in bulk at Sam's Club and tastes good. I know Gatorade is definitely not a great drink to be drinking almost everyday for lunch!

I was wondering if any of you had some ideas for healthier drinks I can bring to work for lunch or just carry around with me. I gotta have something other than just water! I was bringing bottles of Nestea's Green Tea for a while, but I don't know if that's any better than Gatorade.

What do you guys bring to work to drink for lunch everyday? I'd like to try some new stuff and switch it up a bit. And something that's better for me than Gatorade everyday! Haha.

Switch your brand of water...there isn't anything better for your body.

Go for artesian water...but skip Fiji.

...I'm mobile.

Wtf? Gatorade is not healthy. Do you workout/exercise a lot?

I avoid gatorade even when working out. I usually drink the Propel Zero or Vitarain. If there's a costco in your state, Vitarain is costco/kirkland brand which is similar to the vitamin water brand, but much less...like you get24 20oz bottles for $11 as opposed to $16.99 with Vitamin water brand

Try making your own iced green tea.

But really the most affordable thing to do is just get used to drinking plain water.

I used to consume too many calories from liquids until I learned to just drink water.

Just drink water. If you get tired of water try those packets that you add to it to give it flavor. Usually 0 to 5 calories only
