Hmm, It can be normal because there is delay in every fuel injection car I've ever owned.
Not quite sure about this one. Anyone else?

have your air fuel alpha percentages checked with the consult II (from dealership or nissan shop) they should be around 100-110% at idle. if they are out of range, try to clean afm, if that doesnt clear it you will have to replace the afm.

You don't want to clean the throttle body on these cars. It's a "fly by wire" system and will mess up the calibration. You will then have to replace the throttle body.

i had a similiar prblem with a kia, it would like stutter when you started accelerating, I replaced the spark plugs and it solved the problem believe it or not. Try it, its not expensive and it could be the problem
