Question hub mod

Does anybody on her no if you can swap the 2nd gen gxe 4 lug hub pattern to a 5 lug hub pattern from any other nissan. i drive a 2000 nissan altima gxe.

It might be more trouble than it's worth. It would require a hub that has the same outboard slpine count. The obvious comparison is the 02+ Altima. The hubs do look similar but I beleive the spline count for the 02+ is 29 compared to 27 for the 99-01. At one point there were adapter plates available for this type idea but it has been a while since I have seen any. Do I dare ask why?

the exhaust rattle will be fixed soon. my oe hangers are giving up but you can get a sound bite of the low rpm rumble

nice wood trim!

Actually just a personal preference, but I'd ditch that capacitor and go with a deep cycle battery like a shuriken or kinetik as your starter battery. You'll get much better performance for your car audio as well as no dimming with your HID kit or any other electrical upgrade.

thanks for the input/advice buddy. next battery will be an upgraded one fa sho. thinking either a Optima Red or Yellow top. most likely will keep the cap though. never had a problem with it. perhaps I should go with a Yellow top.
