anyone that did an H1 HID kit, where did you mount the ballasts ?? wheres the best place ?? Also does anyone know if there is a relay to keep only the parking lights and fogs on and not switch on with the low beams like on earlier 2002 or 2003 models ??

If you pull the bumper off, and you might just have to do that you can mount them anyplace you like. Just have to make sure they are easy to get to in case one goes bad. I wish I knew a way of being able to turn of the head lights and only use the parking w/ fogs... unless you cut power to the balasts? That might work but I would ask someone that knows if thats a good idea or not.
