There are only a handful of people running the kinetix manifold . A couple of guys have had the manifold crack around the welds. If you are interested in a manifold you should have a look at this...

It's around $1000. My car, for example is 245 hp to the flywheel. To the wheels is closer to 210-220. 245hp to the wheels in our cars is very good.

Here's another intake mod with big power promises- http://www.raceinspired.com/p-8843-m...2003-2006.aspx

It's much cheaper than the Kinetix or the SFR.

That's the lower collector for a 350Z. It won't fit. We are looking at the upper plenum.

*see lower post for update*

Are you sure it won't fit? It's the same engine. I am just putting out other options. It makes good power gains at half the price. You add a spacer and are making good gains. It just doesn't have the wow factor under the hood.

The configurations are a little different, not to mention 07+ altima's have a plastic intake, which are a lot lighter. Someone tried to fit the plastic intake from the new model to replace the old style and it didn't work.

what i'm wondering is will the intake manifold from a z fit udner the altima hood and will all the other stuff work. I noticed that there is all kinds of options for after market manifolds and spacers for the z.

Since this original post there has been one member on another forum that is going to attempt to make it fit. You will have to make some modifications to make it fit under the hood. What modifications are not clear yet.
