Default knock sensor?

I posted this question in the second gen forum, I though I might have better luck here. Here is the story I have a 1998 Nissan Altima, when the car warms up and I accelerate up it jerks and seems like it's going to die, now if I accelarate and keep the RPM's under 2000 then it's fine, I have changed plugs, wires, cap and rotor and fuel filter used injection cleaner and cleaned mass air flow sensor I have gone to auto zone since and the read out says knock sensor even though c\e light isn't on. I don't want to sepen the 120 bucks to change that if that isn't the problem does anyone have any thoughts I would greatly appreciate the help.

Default Try this

Try unplugging the knock sensor. Alot of times they are too sensitve anyways. If that doesnt work then it isnt your sensor.
