anotherSER, those are great ideas, where are you located? The first thing that we could have is a small get together and as an incentive for showing up we could hand out some vinyl stickers to other members for showing up to start. ANother idea, that when I was in a previous club, we used to have a barbeque get together at someone's house on a saturday for a DIY as the theme and we would help each other out on whatever you were doing to the car such as changing the stereo, adding an intake, replacing the grille, and things like that. The best part everyone got to save money in this way because we each helped one another. During this process we would take pics and videos of what was done for other members to do it themselves.
Keep the ideas coming! this is great!!!!

Honestly, everything about the site is functional. It has the same features as some of the most popular sites. It is difficult to set up new forums when there are a couple VERY popular sites that have a vast array of knowledge filled and informative threads.
I agree there needs to be more promotion. Trouble is, how? Try googling something about your car. Chances are the Nissanclub or maximas.org will have the issue covered. What do these guys have that this site doesn't? Members. I hate to say it but building this site will be an uphill battle. Those other two sites are so popular their members are paying to use it. They have monthly contests with prizes. They have site sponsors handing out discounted parts. A few of the forum members have been sponsored by these site sponsors and the members come back and start new threads about new products coming out. It's a pretty neat cycle.
So how do we attract the members? Word of mouth, thread links, solved altima issues, follow up to problems, site sponsors with group discounts.
I wish the admin. all the best and good luck in the future.
Start spreading the word.

It's nice to see that this site is first on the list when typing altima forums.
Corporate owned, eh? That gives me a little more perspective. Thanks for providing the service.

I LOVE the way the forums have been reorganized! I can't figure out when it happened, but it's pretty cool. A bit more logical/intuitive

Glad you enjoy it. I just posted a thread about the new update / additions. Feel free to add suggestions too!
