I washed my car just last night. I have two local (20 min away) drive thru car washes that are open 24 hours. Fortunately, I havent lowered my car yet so I can still get in w/out an issue...

I had to do it tho, because the car was soooo filthy. I tried to let it go, telling myself that I'd keep it dirty all winter...BUT...the dirt was rubbing of on my clothes. ewwwwww, loll.

That's when you know it's time to wash your car lol.. When you start getting dirty from it.

It got up to 3C yesterday (37F) and rained a little. I guess I got a "free" car wash.

Warmer spring weather usually gets here late April early May. We had a 78 degree day last year in early May, then by the next weekend it was snowing again. By mid May we should have consistent 59-68 temperature days with dips and spikes mixed in.

We have a great drive through here in Prince William County. It has tire brushes and undercarriage wash. You can get an express wash for $9.95. This includes a pre-treatment on the rims to clean brake dust. The blower is so good, that all that is required is a brief wipe to eliminate droplets which does not even get the towel wet enough to wring out.
.
I take my vehicles through after every snow (once the roads have dried). The effort has paid off. Neither my 10 year old truck nor 15 year old Camry (which my Altima replaced) has any rust on it.
