It is time for my first oil change with my Altima, I have only had it a month. I have an 05 3.5 SE, I just wanted to know what is the best brand out there to use. And does anyone burn synthetic. If I start with synthetic I want to keep synthetic. I live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area if that makes a difference.
