Is it hard to replace a coolant water hose, depending on which hose it is?

By any chance do you guys know how to stop foggy-ness from creating inside the headlight?

It might be difficult to replace a water hose and you can't stop the fog. You might consider drilling a hole in the bottom of the light so it can breath or you can replace the light.
