I have a 2011 Altima 2.5 SL and installed a Sony 770 BT DVD, NAVI last year. I'm ready to finish my sound system with new speakers. I was looking at 6.5 Rockford Fosgates for the front doors and their 6X9's for the rear deck. Some sites say they fit, some say they don't, I'm confused! I don't want to buy speakers, then I have to cut holes and stuff. Also, I see the back doors have a space for speakers, does anyone know if they are pre-wired? If so I'd like to add some to the back doors as well. Lastly, Some were saying aftermarket 6X9's had a low bass and didn't sound good. Is that common and a fix for that issue?? Thank you for all help!

the bose system lists 5.25" for the rear doors. I had the non bose, so I've read that there is no wiring, just the speaker grilles.

Any 6x9's will fit as the screws for the 6x9's are mounted on the top. For the front 6.5's, I think the maximum depth is somewhere around 4". I had my 6.5" comps tweeters mounted in the 3" dash openings so it looks oem.

Well I have Fosgates in all my doors and on my deck.. base quality is ---- compared to the Bose 6x9s to be honest but i didn't have a problem installing
