Chances are you are on camera, if so I'd pay them and move on. You shouldn't get any points if the courts cannot prove you were driving when these occurred.

i was on the highway, didnt know they had cameras there
called the police station to talk to the officer on the tickets and they never returned my calls
so im pleading not guilty because im not just handing money over to them

Ahh, I see. Fight it bro, what's to lose? By me the highways all have traffic cameras, but they are used to show traffic conditions. I wouldn't doubt they use them for enforcement also.

well remember it takes a butt long time with the admin clerks in the court system...it's like trying to get your license updated at the dmv..."it's a leper colony down there!"

I had gotten a ticket last month...sent in the fine fee and also a stupid $64 admin fee to sign up for traffic school and it took them 3 weeks to finally send me information on traffic school places and authentic online schools yet they were so quick to cash my checks!!

well got back from court today
apparently the following to close is 3 points on your liscense too
the officer said he would dropped the following to close if i plea to the obedience to traffic devices if i dont go to hearing. he had some eveidence against me and i figured i play it safe and just take the deal.
so ill i have is the fine for the one and i will get some money back from the other fine
no points on my liscense and nothing on my record
so im happy.
