Default New member in Jax fl
Just bought a Black 2012 3.5 SR today. Loving the car so far . (We only put about 30 miles on it today.) I have never owned a Nissan before. My wife and I had been shopping for a new family hauler. We were choosing between the Altima, Camry and Passat. The car will be driven by her daily, and by me whenever we go anywhere together.

My first impression of this car...incredibly nice and sportier looking than the other 2. It is huge on the inside - we have 2 growing kids so this was important to us. Stereo and leather are nice. We got pretty much everything on it except the Navigation/DVD player. She is thrilled to have such a nice vehicle. I am thrilled our family hauler is no longer her minivan or my gas guzzling truck.

My second impression of this car...it hauls butt pretty good. I was quite surprised at how responsive and strong it feels. It also handles well for a fullsize sedan. I was not expecting to be so impressed considering my other car is an '04 Mustang Cobra.

I look forward to learning more about these cars. I'll post an update in a few weeks to let you guys know what we think after more time driving it.

Thanks for the welcome guys.
Mike - yes there is quite a bit done to the Cobra. Pulley, full exhaust, cross drilled/slotted rotors, wheels - just to name a little bit. 485hp/475tq at the wheels. Absolutely love it. Oh yea - it only has 17k miles on it. (Weekend warrior - )
