Hey. I finally ventured into new territory, as I have predominantly been a Lincoln & Cadillac guy all my life (thus the name). My parents got themselves an 08 Altima SL 2.5 CVT. Since I don't know jack about Nissans but I know there is a wealth of information on these message boards, I figured I'd drop by to do some learning.

Oh yeah, and, thus far, I am thoroughly impressed with this car. Fit and finish is great, roadholding is great, ride quality is beyond what I expected, and it overall feels like a much nicer car than I would have ever thought.

Yeah it's weird, I'm completely blown away. I have always thought Altimas were just cheapie econo-boxes, but it really feels like I could be driving in a Lexus or Acura. These things have got to be one of the greatest secrets of the automotive world, which probably explains why everybody has one.
