You have a leaking valve cover gasket. The tube for the spark plug boot goes through the valve cover. The seals deteriorate and fail. A quality gasket replacement and good cleaning with get that problem solved. Inspect the wire boots, oil can shorten their life.

this has happened to me a little while ago, first you need to get the oil out of the hole where the spark plug is but DO NOT remove the spark plug. get a vaccum that well get the oil out. Then remove the top cover and change all the gaskets.
