Default Ordered Eibach Pro-kit & KYB struts?

Just ordered my springs and struts and can't wait to get them on the car. Anybody know if I will need the chamber kit. I have Zinetti 18x8.5 0n 245/40 tires?

Another question: Stillen or Racingline rear sway bar, they are both the same price but R/L claims to have the best available for my 07' what do you guys recomend? Thanks for any help!!

Which camber kit were you thinking of? The R/L rear sway bar is solid where as the Stillen is hollow like the oe version. Nice choice in parts! Can't wait for the pics.

The Eibach kit. Just not sure I will need it with the minimal drop of the Pro kit. I could see if I was lowering it like 2 1/2 inches or so but someone told me I wouldn't need it. R/L front strut brace and rear sway bar ordered. Now just gotta fork out the $750 (ugh) for tires so I can put the Zinetti's on and get rid of the stock wheels. I also got the Magnaflows sittin in my trunk waitin to get installed then I should be good to go, (or at least for a little while)LOL!

The camber kit may not be needed, but it would really suck to have to tear everything apart again to install them. I installed the camber kit in the front of my car, (eccentric bolts), and it made the front alignment super easy. For the back I went with camber arms, but my drop was a little more severe.

Moral of the story; For the small amount of money you pay for them, I would put them in. Just my .02.

Right, I hear ya, that's kind of what I was thinkin. I can get the front and rear for about $70 so might as well do it. THX for your input! BTW, how low are your springs? The pro kit is 1.5 for front and 1.2 for the rear.

That's lower then I thought. The Vogtland's for the 3rd gens are listed as a 1.5" drop all around, but settled a full 2". I wouldn't hesitate to put the eccentric bolts in. Make sure you search ebay for the same camber bolts. $7 isn't bad but I think you can get them cheaper.

I had the same Sheer Silver 03' 3.5 with manual trans but lost it in a fire in my garage. I miss it man, but am real happy with my 07' 6 spd and I made 4k from the insurance co.

Actually they are $70 not $7 and they are made by Eibach for the pro kit I ordered. Seems pretty expensive to me for some bolts but I guess it's worth it. Links are below. What do you think?

Yea, I meant to type $70 but missed the 0, lol. That price looks pretty good. I assumed the fronts would be priced similar to the rear, obviously incorrectly. It looks like you've got it figured out. Make sure you post back about your experience with the alignment and such like things.

I definately wil. I plan on installing the struts and springs myself and taking it to the alignment shop right after. We'll see how it goes!

@OP, go with the racingline rear sway bar like mikejames suggested. The RL is 100% solid, the stillen is only 75% solid and it only has 1 setting like the oem one. The RL has soft and hard setting or street and track settings.

i wouldnt take it right away. let it settle before you get it aligned.
i lowered my car about 2.5in and i didnt use a camber kit, my rear is very slightly out of camber and my front is in spec with stock.
