Well it isn't DOT 3 but 3 and 4 are compatible in cars designed for 3. Just be sure to read the bottle first and see if it states its OK to mix. I think DOT 4 just has a higher boiling point.

Thats what I thought too - and the label said "works with all DOT 3 and 4 systems", but just to be safe this morning I went by Qreilly's and got a bottle of "Brakes Best" DOT 3 heavy duty fluid and added enough to bring the level above MIN and almost to MAX. I let it sit and then took a spirited ride around my job. Despite drifting into a few corners and chirping the Kumho's I couldn't get the light to come back on. So I think that was it! However, I still need to upgrade my brakes and my battery looks so crappy that might need to be replaced soon too. Thanks for all the help!!!!!!!!!!
