What do I do? My car no longer qualifies as a lemon because I've owned it for over a year.

This is what I see today as I enter my car..

Weatherproofing (?) is not on my car door.


Rubber is starting to tuck behind the pillar.


Passenger side pillar is broken off.



Hood paint is FULL of rock chips.
All of those little dots are CHIPPED PAINT!


Interior lighting will not fully light up sometimes, and radio DOES NOT illuminate until about 30 seconds after the lights are turned on.




PLEASE HELP! A lawsuit is just screaming my name.

Well, besides the rock chips (all nissans are poorly painted), I think you have some-what of a lemon. Can you go into service and get the rest fixed?

I'm pretty sure. But I am sick of my dealer and it's rude employees. At this point I am about to go in and cause a riot.

Oh, I know all about rude employees. Nothing but em' when I bought my Altima. When I bought my Z .. Economy was bad and everyone was excellent. Strange, huh.

Oh believe me, i know. haha
My nanny went to trade her Altima in for a new Accord recently.
She said if y'all don't pay my Altima off, i won't buy the Accord.
The salesman said, it's ok, you'll get the new car vibe and come back regardless.

Yep, they swear Honda's sell themselves. I loved the dealer I went to, to buy my Accord.

God, i miss that car SO bad right now.

I have rock chips in the front..the dealer wont do anything but sell me touch up paint.

The sales Portion of my dealership was great. Might be because of the economy I dont know. But the service department is the worst. They are rude and lazy as they rip you off for every red cent.
