Default Power window issues

I have a 1993 Altima that, since I've owned, has had a very sluggish front passenger power window. Occasionally it would lower but then would stop working. Now it has stopped working entirely. I bought a new regulator and motor and replaced it but it still doesn't work. All the other windows work fine, so I don't think it's a fuse, but if it is, I can't seem to find it. The only other thing I can think of that might be causing this issue is this part that I removed: R AMP ASSY P/WDW 254240E001. I've researched it online and found that it is a power amplifier for the unit. I don't know if this is the problem or not and, right now, I'd settle for some way of getting the window to raise and just leave it that way for the winter. If it is this part, I can't seem to find it anywhere online. does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

J. West

I finally found the part on ebay listed under power window amp. I got mine and had it installed in a few minutes. The window works fine now.

I have a '96 with the same issue. Front passenger side power window is the only one having problems. Sometimes it goes down a bit, especially on warm days, but usually will not move at all.

Control on passenger side is missing, but driver side control is still present and is what I use. Think this is the same thing you ran in to?

I don't think so, from what I understand they only used this window amp for a few years before they went to another method of making the power window.

There is an amp assembly for all but the driver front i believe. You can pull one off of another door and it will work because both my back windows didn't work when I bought my car. Now all mine work thanks to a junkyard.
