Thumbs down Power window..

Well, last week i was driving along with my windows down. My driver side window decided not to roll up. So i checked the window lock switch, thinking maybe that was to problem. It wasn't. The whole power window failed. Thank goodness my car is under warranty because Nissan would have gotten a nice phone call from me about all of my problems. The window is free to me, but it will cost Nissan $540 smackaroos.

It's like karma. They build the car like crap, they have to pay to fix it.

This May i will almost definitely be getting a new car. No more Nissans in my future. I just don't have the time to deal with the dealerships anymore. My aunt also has an Altima('05) as you guys may recall, and her plastic undercarriage all fell off at a stoplight. Not to mention her doors creak like mine, her center armrest is broken, her MPG is low, and her car rattles like crazy. The only thing good about her car is the Bose stereo. The only thing good about our cars is the power. Other than that, .

Default What a Lemon

WOW!! That thing must have been built on a Monday or a Friday, I know many people that have the 02-06 body style and have no issues like those. In fact as I sit here typing I'm trying to think if there is anything wrong with my car. So far so good, 61+ K on it and going strong. I got mine used with 25K.

I have 220k on my 94 Altima, and although it does have little issues here and there, what car doesn't with that mileage? Overall, it's been a great car. I can't bring myself to get rid of it since it still runs fine. I am havine window switch problems though. Sometimes the back windows will roll down on their own unless I have the lock on. Just today, the passenger side won't go up...but it's been really hit and miss, so that may change too. I just can't figure out which switch is bad...the master, or all the others. I know that I can hear a clicking in the passenger door when I try to roll that window up, so it's probably something in that switch, for that window's problems.
