So I recently totaled my 03 Altima. I am now looking to get a new one, & Iv'e come across this 2008 Altima 3.5se w/ navi, leather, rear-view camera, heated seats ETC. Price on it is $14k with 61k miles. What do you guys think? Fair price for said car or should I go lower? Also what should I be looking out for on these 4th gens.

That seems like a good deal, 15k a year if your happy with the body cond price is reasonable. But as far as problem area's I thought Nissan's didn't have any.... Lol I can only tell you my Mother In Law has an 07 with no problems.

is this an altima that is certified pre owned or by a private user or just used on a used car dealer lot??

nothing much has changed between the 3rd and 4th gen altimas. If you're looking to add fogs, I'm not sure if the 08's are prewired.
