Unhappy Racingline?

Has anyone had issues with Racingline? I ordered a strut tower brace early last week, they put it in the UPS shipping system right away (got the pending shipment notice).... Then nothing for 5 days. I emailed them and it was shipped that day. Basically they sat on it for a while. Then it came in missing a bolt (fairness - the box was damaged). I e-mailed them, waiting for a reply. Looks like I will be hunting around town for a bolt. The strut brace looks good, too bad I cannot install.

Sorry about that It may be UPS's fault. They lost one of my tail lights for about 3 weeks. You could prolly find the bolt thats missing at any hardware store. Was it a gold one or one that bolts into the struts.

It was one of the nice allen arm bolt. Did not get any of the strut bolts. The box was not ripped open, looks like the parts were just tossed into the box except for the brace it self. It had bubble wrap... Good thing.

This doesn't seem like racinglines handy work. Everything I got from them was neatly packed however sometimes during mid shipping, ---- happens. I hope they follow up with u on this.

I have bought a few things from them never had a problem, my issue with them is contacting them next to impossible, e-mail is the only way and that takes awhile and RL is located half hr from where I live. There products top notch!

I agree their products are top notch, if you can get them, complete, and together. I'm with you contacting them is hard, and very slow. Makes me wonder is this is not a guy selling stuff out of his garage, that has a day job.

They forgot to put in the bushings when i got the RSB. I emaiked them and they got back to me the next day. Other than that never had an issue with them.
I know they can get busy

Only problem I have had was the Strut bar for my Altima. Two of the holes needed to be about 1mm more open for the bolt to fit properly...

Never had a problem with Racingline. Though they do come from Canada so it might take a while.

Update. It took a couple of days for a response. I'm just missing one of the Allen bolts. Joe at racingline basically said go to a hardware store and pick one up. Dealing with them is too hard. So right now I have a strut brace I need to chase down a bolt for before I can use what I already payed $100 for. If I can find a part someplace else and NOT go through racingline, you bet..... I will go someplace else.

Going to the hardware store does seem like the most logical thing to do. It's too bad seeing this happen, honestly. There is no other company, really, that supports the Altima community the way Racingline does. This sort of thing happens all the time, but will always tarnish the buying experience. I hope you enjoy your purchase soon enough.

Maybe this weekend... It's snowing and nasty out so maybe. Your right about Rancingline, we are really stuck. Looking for a y pipe, springs and struts, Racingline is like the only supplier. I maybe canning the Altima and getting a WRX STI anyway.

STI = money.

The Altima is a completely different animal. I think you'd be surprised at how small the STI is.
