#1 - what is the screw method?
#2 - you have too many blinks then pauses. You should have 4 sequences. We are looking for four digits. Right now I read what you have posted as 11115. It should be 1115 which I think is related to the coolant temp sens.
#3 - you can take it yo your local auto parts store for a proper scan.

^^ how did you come to 11115?

Your reading code 45, 911madness. That indicates an injector leak. The bad news is new fuel injectors are expensive, the good news is you only have 1 out of 4 to worry about. Pull the electrical harnesses from them, undo the screws that secure them and use moderate force to yank them from the manifold, be careful to not damage the o-rings. You should be able to see and wear or damage on the tip.
