I noticed recently that I have a relay noise (clicking) under the dash near the fuse block. At the same time I hear the noise im also seeing the orange indicator light on the rear defroster switch going on and off and pressing the switch does not change state. Interestingly at idle the switch will work and change the state on or off. I looked through the service manual and couldn't find a relay at that location as it seems it is located in the engine bay.
I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this before?
