Question Repair clear coat?

I MAY have scratched off a little clear coat when removing the stupid dealership sticker on the trunk yesterday. I will know better when i get home and try again to make sure its not left over glue..

Should it be clear coat - what can I do to repair? this is a 2 day old car.

The glue will come out with alcohol.
A picture will help to decide the best to repair.

I would like to recommend to you:

scratches in clearcoating looks white. rubbing compound will take out light scratches or minimize them. just used a little wax afterwards & buff by hand. factory paint is thin & i wouldn't recommend much more if you are not experienced with auto finishes.

but as dochidalgo stated check for leftover glue first.
