After seven years, I've got enough dings and dents in my 02 3.5 SE hood, front/rear bumper, hazy headlights, and scratches on my wheels to (if I wished) replace them all. Has anyone grafted 05-06 SE-R parts onto an older Altima? Would the parts (headlights) fit. How about wiring for the fog lights?

The hood, grille, headlights, front bumper, fog lights and some clips and fasteners are all different. The front fenders may be different as well.
